F45 Port Moody coaches will take you through 10 minute mini F45 session that begins with a dynamic warm-up, incorporating dynamic stretching. The main workout then features high-intensity intervals of many of our favourite functional exercises. The session concludes with a brief cool down, which includes static stretching and controlled breathing.
